Real Estate: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. A non-refundable deposit of 10% (escrow money) is required auction day with the balance due on or before 30 days.
Equipment: 10% Buyer's Premium if payment is by cash or check. A 3% processing fee will be charged for electronic payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express.
