The top is solid slate, black, octagonal, approximately 48" in diameter and 1" thick. The finish on slate is natural, cleft finish, not smooth. The slate slab sits on a coffee table base, traditional in style.
Antiques: * Piano, referred to as “Travel Piano” – approx. 100 years old * Piano Bench, old * Chairs, over 200 years old * Old Chair, over 100 years old * Authentic Hand-Carved German "Shrunk" (pronounced "shrawnk" - rhymes with straw): Beautiful 6-piece German shrunk 7' 1” tall and 11' wide and can be broken down into three pieces. It's made of honey colored german oak wood with intricate hand carving on the doors. This unique piece was hand made in Germany. All doors lock with special keys included. Features include: a pull down mirror bar unit, a lighted center mirror china cabinet, plus drawers and lots of storage space. * Pair of Antique Italian End Tables: Influenced by classical antiquity, the Italian Neoclassical style is distinguished by their decided dignity. Masterfully hand-crafted from walnut, these exemplary tables bring Neoclassical elegance to any room. Intricate detailing with fitted glass top, ornate carving, joined by medial shelf, cabriole legs ending with carved feet. Gilded highlights emphasize the complexity of the carved ornamentation, completing the look.
