Online Bidding

Online bidding is not available for all auctions; therefore, we encourage you to refer to the terms & conditions pertaining to the auction you plan to attend.

Real Estate: 10% Buyer's Premium. A non-refundable 20% deposit will be due auction day with the balance due on or before 30 days or 5 days following court approval, when applicable.

Personal Property: 10% Buyer's Premium with 3% processing fee applicable for electronic payments. Full payment due auction day using credit card used to register unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Item Removal: Fowler Auction does not normally provide shipping for purchased items; however, we will assist with local contacts for your convenience. All items may be picked up on specified dates pertaining to auction. A paid receipt must be presented at time of pick up.

Wire transfers are subject to a $30.00 fee to pay for the bank service fee. Internet bidders who are the successful bidders of items at the live auction will be notified by date specifically set for auction. Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them. Purchases not paid for by specified date(s) will be charged a handling fee of $30 or 3% whichever is greater and the credit card on file will be charged for invoice and fees. Items not removed by specified date(s) will be resold to cover handling expenses and buyer's accounts will then be turned over to a collection agency.

Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them. Every legal remedy available will be used to insure the performance of winning bidders. Bidder accepts responsibility for and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless each seller and auctioneer and their employees, governing body, officers, owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, fees, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorney's fees and expenses related to, arising from or associated with buyer's, his agents or representatives, use of the site, including but not limited to personal injuries or property damage incurred on the sale premises or during removal of the site, including but not limited to personal injuries or property damage incurred on the sale premises or during removal and transport of any auction item, and arising out of, based upon, or resulting from any breach or violation by bidder of this site user agreement or any use by bidder of the site or as a result of a dispute with another bidder.

All announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over any printed material and our website.
