Real Estate: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the final purchase price. A non-refundable deposit of 20% (escrow money) of the total purchase price is required within 24 hours of the auction's closing. We do not accept a credit card for escrow money. The remaining balance shall be paid at closing, which must occur within thirty (30) days of auction date.
