From the junction of Interstate 65 and Munfordville Kentucky, proceed north of Highway 31W, 4.0 miles to Concord Church Road. Turn left on Concord Church, proceed over railroad tracks and bear to the right. You are now on Dawson Hollow Road. Proceed about 1/10 mile and bear to the left. Proceed one mile to bright yellow property gate. Property begins here.
This tract is conveniently located on mile off Highway 31W and just three miles from the I-65 interchange in Hart County Kentucky. Electric and county water, we have it. Water holes for animals? Got it! Barn for storage? Well, it has one, but it needs work.
The Deer:
The property has been managed using Quality Deer Management principles. Each year we inventory the deer herd to determine bucks we want to target for the season. None of our target bucks were harvested by us in 2013.
The Turkeys:
This has been the most productive turkey hunting property I have hunted. We have taken 18 birds since the spring of 2008. Clover and alfalfa fields and soybeans as well as good nesting habitat have made it a magnet for the birds.

Terms and Down Payment: The down payment on the real estate shall be 10% of the contract sales price in the form of cash or good check (with proper identification) or certified funds due at the conclusion of the auction. The closing shall be within 30 days. The property is sold without contingencies and subject to easements of record.
Taxes: Real Estate Taxes will be prorated between buyer and seller as of closing date.
Deed: The purchaser(s) shall receive a General Warranty Deed (s).
Inspection: The real estate may be viewed prior to the auction date by appointment with Thomas R. Hunt Auctioneers, and will be available for inspection two hours before sale time on the day of the auction. Prospective buyers are advised to inspect the property to their satisfaction as it will be sold 'as is' with no warranties expressed or implied.
Buyer Premium: A ten (10) percent buyer premium will be added to the high bid to determine the contract price on the real estate.
Broker Participation: 3% Broker Participation if buyer is registered by the broker with Thomas R Hunt Auctioneers 48 hours prior to the auction.
