BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00 at check out you will be charged $110.00. <br>

PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, local check & cash. Payment must be made prior to picking any items up. Load out staff can not accept any form of payment. <br>

STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The Auction will begin closing at 7:00pm CST at the rate of 5 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 15 minutes of the lot closing.<br>

LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders can pick their items up on Friday, March 2nd from 1-5pm or on Saturday, March 3rd from 9am-Noon. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials & moving equipment.<br>

FIREARMS: (Does not apply to relics or antiques): Payment is due immediately. All applicable gun laws will be observed. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and FBI background check will be performed before possession of firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, an 18% restocking fee will be assessed. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms). Handguns: Out of state residents must have handgun transferred to a FFL (Federal Firearm Licensee) in their state of residence and buyer must take possession from them. They is fairly easy to find (most gun shops will do this for you) and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to send the handgun to the FFL. For Kansas residents, if you use our recommend FFL they will charge $20 per handgun to do the transfer and there will be no shipping and handling fee; the gun will available for pickup in Gardner, KS.<br>

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibilty of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. <br>
