Portable Concrete Batching Plant
Pearce & Associates Auction Company in association with its MarkNet Alliance Partner, LW Benton Auction Company selling this complete mobile concrete plant at online auction. Our firms have been hired by an out of state contractor to liquidate this new, never assembled concrete plant along with over 50 pieces of heavy construction equipment, vehicles, tools and building materials at a jobsite in Kennessaw, Georgia. The contractor purchased this entire plant from China and had it shipped to the jobsite for assembly and use in constructing a retirement home. The project has been shut down and all of the assets are up for online auction. All of the equipment, vehicles and building materials are also available for bidding in a separate online auction.
According to the contractors, this plant was purchased from China at a cost of over $200,000, plus shippping. The plant consist of multiple components which have never been assembled on the site. We encourage all potential bidders to come and inspect the plant in person prior to bidding online. It is sold as is and the winning bidder will be responsible for loading and shipping.
