Todd Morris Auction Company is excited to hold the first quarterly sportsman auction at a new location in Nashville, Arkansas at 1664 S 4th Street! The building is under renovation and in addition to gun auctions, look forward to holding watch parties for online auction closings and antique auctions. The sportsman auction will be a live and simulcast auction open to the public and dealers on the announced Saturday dates with a Monday online only auction following for ammo and all sportsman related accessories. We plan to offer shipping as well through Shipping Saint. Keep watching this page and website for additional information and again we are excited about this new venture.

All Firearm Purchases require a background check before taking any Guns. We are a FFL.
FFL's bring all paper work for Firearms Transfers.
All items must be paid for in full before items can leave the premise.
All firearms, ammunition, knives, and other regulated items are sold subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to know and comply with the laws of their state, county, and municipality of residence.
Dealers and out-of-state purchasers must have in their possession on the day of sale signed copies of their valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) in order to accept same-day delivery of modern firearms. Purchasers acting as agents for FFL dealers must provide an original signed letter of agency as well as a signed copy of the dealer’s FFL.
Purchasers who do not possess a valid FFL will be subject to all required background checks and must complete all necessary federal and state transfer documentation. Refunds will not be issued due to a buyer’s failure to pass a required background check.
If a buyer fails a background check or is otherwise legally unable to take possession of a firearm, the firearm will be resold at a future auction. The original buyer will receive the net resale proceeds, less the auction company’s commission, buyer’s premium, storage fees, and any related costs.
Online buyers are responsible for payment in full before firearms will be shipped. All firearms must be shipped to the purchaser’s designated FFL dealer if they are an out of state buyer.
Certain states and local jurisdictions treat black powder arms, antique firearms, ammunition, knives, or other regulated items as firearms or otherwise restricted items. Todd Morris Auction Company will comply with the laws of the receiving state and locality for all firearms, black powder arms, ammunition, knives, and related items. If the laws of the receiving jurisdiction prohibit shipment or transfer of an item, the item is to be resold at the buyer’s expense.
By registering to bid or participating in this auction, you expressly consent to receive communications from Todd Morris Auction Company, including email messages, telephone calls, and text messages (SMS/MMS), whether transactional, informational, or marketing in nature. This consent authorizes Todd Morris Auction Company to add your contact information to its email and text marketing databases. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the opt-out instructions provided.
Announcements made at auction will take precedence over all printed material. Todd Morris Auction Co. is not responsible for accidents, fire or theft. Not responsible for items not present on the day of sale. No item is to be removed from the auction site until full settlement arrangements have been made.
Todd Morris Auction Co. consignment auctions are auctions that have items or lots that may or may not have a reserve. These reserves are private and cannot be disclosed until after the completion of the sale. Please bid with precaution, as all bids are confirmed bids. Any item with a reserve can have its reserve lifted or removed before the completion of the sale.
All property is sold in AS IS and WHERE IS condition. All Sales are final. Bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, chargebacks, etc. will be allowed. The property is available for inspection at specified times and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition. The bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, chargeback, etc.

The auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee of any kind with respect to condition, authenticity, provenance, source, condition, suitability for a particular purpose, etc. The auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify, or delete any item or a lot, or description in the auction as may be necessary.
Todd Morris Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw any property from the auction prior to the close of bidding for any reason.
Bidder default: Failure to complete a purchase is illegal and will result in one or more of the following (1) prosecution (2) a $5,000 penalty (3) loss of bidding privileges for Todd Morris Auction Co. and all other MarkNet auctions.
Bidder Verification: The identity of all bidders will be verified, bidding rights are provisional, and if complete verification is not possible, Todd Morris Auction Company will reject the registration, and bidding activity will be terminated.
Storage Fee- All items purchased or consigned must be picked up by 14 days after auction date or will be subject to a $25 per day per lot thereafter, unless prior arrangements have been made. Any item left here after that (30 Days), will be considered forfeited and become property of Todd Morris Auction Co.
SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event, there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Todd Morris Auction co. reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR TODD MORRIS AUCTION CO. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary. Any dispute between Todd Morris Auction Co. its Agents or Representatives and the Buyers) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Hempstead County, Arkansas. By bidding on the property, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.
Agency: Todd Morris Auction Co. Agents and Representatives are agents of the Seller. Buyer and or Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Todd Morris Auction Co. and its Agents and its Representatives from any and all claims, damages, or suits including but not limited to awards, judgments, costs, fees, etc. Todd Morris Auction Co. reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this site. Please check back and review these terms as every time you use this site you are agreeing to the terms as they are written at that time.
BUYERS ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM INITIATING CHARGEBACKS OR PAYMENT DISPUTES WITH ANY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, INCLUDING AMERICAN EXPRESS, FOR ANY REASON.
Any buyer initiating a chargeback shall be responsible for a minimum administrative fee of $100, plus any processor, bank, or card-issuer fees imposed on Todd Morris Auction to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Chargebacks constitute a material breach of these Terms.
Any auction company employees and/or the auction company may bid on and purchase auction items.
