All items will be sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' without guarantees or warranties from Fowler Auction & Real Estate Service, Inc. It is the sole responsibility of each bidder to personally inspect each item he/she wishes to purchase.
Although a credit card is required to register to participate in this auction, cash and check payments are preferred. However, if payment has not provided to Fowler Auction & Real Estate Service, Inc. within 48 hours of auction end time, the credit card used to register for this auction will be charged for the payment in full.
THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND
AUCTION END TIMES: Fowler Auction's Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time. Fowler's Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:02. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3 minute time frame.
MAXIMUM BIDDING
This auction features MAXIMUM BIDDING. When you place a max bid, the current bid price DOES NOT automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. If someone has already entered a MAX BID item you are bidding on, the system will automatically bid for you until you are the current high Bidder or you reach your MAX BID. If you have reached your MAX BID and are still not the current high Bidder, the system will give you the opportunity to enter another MAX BID. You may request out bid notices when registering for your online bidding account. You can choose to have them sent to your email, cell phone via text message or both. If you are not able to be around a computer/mobile device during the closing of the auction or receive and/or read your outbid notices, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you enter your MAX BID when bidding. Your max bid is considered the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the item on which you are bidding. NOTE, you can always raise your max bid, but you CANNOT lower it. Be aware of this while bidding.

Upon default the bidder will be black listed/blocked from bidding on Fowler Auction & Real Estate Service, Inc.'s auctions, as well as MarkNet Alliance auctions and may be charged 10% of bid price or $500, whichever is greater. All defaulted items may be offered to the next highest qualified bidder at the discretion of Fowler Auction & Real Estate Service, Inc.
Any dispute between Fowler Auction & Real Estate Service, Inc., its Agents or Representatives, and the Buyer(s) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Madison County, Alabama (or county designated by Fowler Auction).
